Hi I'm having the same problem with my internet and age restriction, I'm a bill pay customer and I am over the age. Can somebody fix this for me please?

Hi Dave,

 

That's all done for you now. Just switch the phone off and back on to reset.

Hi, I hate jumping on an old thread, but I'm having similar issues with the age restriction, I am also a bill pay customer. How do i go about changing this?

some pages are not for viewing on my phone,

i am a ready to go customer at the moment

and well over the age for restrictions,

what do i do to change this

@gayarvpbSure thing, that's done for you now.
@eoinmacbones - You'd just need to pop into a store with photo ID, and they'll take this restriction off.

If you're PAYG you need to drop into a store with ID to prove your age. The restriction can then be lifted
