Vodafone Protect - Can't reset PIN.

Hi,

 

I recently changed network. Vodafone Protect kicked in once I entered new sim.

 

I went onto the protect website and tried to reset my PIN as I don't remember it.

 

The request to change it either timed out, or told me it was unavailable. This could be due to my network switch?

 

I then deleted my protect account but I've since read that this might not have been the best idea.

 

Can you advise me on what to do here?

Nevermind I solved this. 

 

If this issue arises for anyone else;

 

Power up your phone in safe mode and uninstall the protect app. Job done.

I've a similar problem. I upgraded my phone and want to reset the old one it's an iPhone 6 so that it can be used by my son but I am being asked for a restrictions code. I have put in any of the codes that I use but to no avail. How can I find the code?

Mods wont be back until Tuesday to help. You could try live chat. To use live chat click talk to us at the bottom of this page then choose whether you're on bill or pre pay. It should pop up then. If Chrome browser acts up then try a different browser as some versions don't appear to play well with the links.
