I recently changed network. Vodafone Protect kicked in once I entered new sim.
I went onto the protect website and tried to reset my PIN as I don't remember it.
The request to change it either timed out, or told me it was unavailable. This could be due to my network switch?
I then deleted my protect account but I've since read that this might not have been the best idea.
Can you advise me on what to do here?

I've a similar problem. I upgraded my phone and want to reset the old one it's an iPhone 6 so that it can be used by my son but I am being asked for a restrictions code. I have put in any of the codes that I use but to no avail. How can I find the code?

If Chrome browser acts up then try a different browser as some versions don't appear to play well with the links.
