Hi,
I had requested my mobile broadband be cancelled back in November. I was assured it would be cancelled in December. Have since seen on my bank statement that it was not.
I have got the €45 /month Vodafone WiFi instead and wanted the other contract cancelled.

Hi,

 

I am looking for some help, I was trying to call the landline but could not get past the enter your account number piece as it did not recognize any of the numbers I tried from my bill.
 
I am selling my house and want to cancel my broadband service as will not require it. Is this something I can do via email or can you help me navigate the call in to get speaking to someone about canceling?
