I have received a new router with a bill pay sim card that has no number. I cannot get a signal as I need to activate this sim. I cannot activate online as I do not have another bill pay device to put the card into as per instructions on my vodafone page. Can anyone tell me if I can get this sorted online or do I need to take back the complete package back to store to get it sorted. The router I have purchased is Huawei-B528-25D9 if this helps??????
