I purchased the Huawey B528 router on bill plan, last month. Opened the box, turned it on and it worked fantastically for 2 weeks. After that, even if all the lights are on and the right colour (blu and green) there is no signal, i.e. I can't connect any device to it... I can't find any help through customer service as I am asked for my mobile number and I don't have that. How do I solve this?
