R218 Mifi device

Hi,  my routers login page wont load just shows a blank white page, the router is connected to the internet and is working just wont load the router page. http://vodafonemobile.wifi/home.htm

Have switched on and off the router still not loading the page, it was working perfect yesterday. (all popup bluckers are turned off)

Hi This Issue has come back, now I cant acess the routers settings at all, the page wont load.

The Numbers you have given are completly usless, I am PAYG customer, **I need to speak to tec support **

( A HUMAN ) I have googled other numbers still dont get an option to contact them..

AS I have already said.!!! That number 1907 DOES not give me the option to contact Tec Support...!!!! 

Not happy with the reply to this....

 

I had to ring a Dublin number for the sales team to try to get through, they loged the problem for the Tec Team to ring me Back..
