Modem won't connect to internet

Just recently got a new vodafone ultra hub modem, everything seems to be working fine except It won't connect to the internet, I've been on the admin setup page for a while seeing if I needed to do anything but I can't find anything that could help with my problem. I got an email saying that it has been activated but I don't think it has been.
