Hi,

 

I have about 7 months left on a 24 month contract if I wanted to terminate this now or change to another plan with a new phone how much will the fee be?

Hiya,

You'd be looking at just under 220 euros in cancellation fees - let us know if you'd like to go ahead.

Hi @kmc89 

 

If you were to give your 28 days notice today, you would be disconnected on 9th February 2015 with €97.56 termination fees.

 

Please let us know if you wish to proceed with this.

Hi,

I was wondering what the proper procedure is to terminate my contract ( it should be running out in February 2015) and I do not wish to renew my contract but just to let it run out. I read in the T&C that it would automatically renew if I fail to say differently, so could you advise what the proper procedure here is?

Having looked at your account, I can see that your current agreement is not due to end until 26th February 2016.  The agreement was signed on 26th February 2014 for 24 months (on the RED plan).

Hi,

 

i purchased a red essentials contract back in Nov getting an upgrade to a HTC one. My contract hasnt been updated yet (four months later) and the phone is faulty.  I have tried contacting vodafone several times but nothing is happening and i am being over charged the whole time. I dont want to terminate my contract, can anyone here help escalate the issue?

Hi there Daithi1988,

 

I've changed your package plan to Red Extra Essentials. The change will take effect on the 7th of March, which is your next bill day. I've also sent off to billing to have your bills recalculated going back to November last year. The recalc can take up to 28 days, but any credit due will be applied to your account and they will send you a text message informing you of the amount when it's done.

I wish to cancel my contract i believe my 2 years contract was done last October 16, 2016. I am out of work right now can i just pay my arrears by installment.

Could you please give me details on contract termination ss one of my accounts finish in 2 days

Early termination fees are essential the number of months left in your contract multiplied by your normal monthly plan cost.

If you wish to cancel altogether you will lose your numbers. If you wish to keep your numbers you either need to ask to switch to Vodafone PAYG or port away to another operator.

 

Mods wont be back until Monday to advise of any specifics. You could try talking to live chat. To use live chat click talk to us at the bottom of this page then choose whether you're on bill or pre pay. It should pop up then. If Chrome browser acts up then try a different browser as some versions don't appear to play well with the links.
