I would like to cancel my mobile broadband account. Can you please advise on how I can do this? I have been in to a Vodafone store on the 19th of October to do this, I was put on the phone to customer service who took all my details and said that someone would ring me back within 24hrs to confirm that this had been completed. I did not receive any call back and I dont know if this has been done. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
