If you're bill pay a mod can do it for you tomorrow. If you're pre pay you need to drop into a store with photo ID proving age and they can get it lifted for you.

This issue still isn't resolved! It's getting a bit ridiculous. I can't even access a Web page for cinema listings as the content is unsuitable to person's under 15!!!!!

Age Restriction Bar

 

 

Is it possible to remove the age restriction bar from my mobile phone account?

 

I have made the same request via Vodafone Chat and was assured it had been lifted and it hasn't.

 

I went to the same Vodafone Shop twice in the past fortnight with Passport ID and was assured it would be lifted with 24 hr, but it wasn't.

 

I was given the Vodafone email address by Vodafone Chat and was asked to send my details and along with this I sent a scan of my Passport Photo ID - I was assured by Vodafone Chat it would be sorted within 72 hours - that was last Friday week and nothing has happened since - and no response to the email either.

 

I'm on a monthly bill pay account.

 

If the restriction bar can be lifted could you please let me know.

You need to go back to the store and do it there if you're PAYG. Dont leave until it;s done as it's an instant fix.
