Is it possible to remove the age restriction bar from my mobile phone account?
I have made the same request via Vodafone Chat and was assured it had been lifted and it hasn't.
I went to the same Vodafone Shop twice in the past fortnight with Passport ID and was assured it would be lifted with 24 hr, but it wasn't.
I was given the Vodafone email address by Vodafone Chat and was asked to send my details and along with this I sent a scan of my Passport Photo ID - I was assured by Vodafone Chat it would be sorted within 72 hours - that was last Friday week and nothing has happened since - and no response to the email either.
I'm on a monthly bill pay account.
If the restriction bar can be lifted could you please let me know.
