I changed to bill pay a few days ago and I have this age restriction in most of the websites I try to access.
I've called 1907 and the operator said it was removed but it keeps comming up.
Can you please remove it?

What are the URLs you're not able to access - and does Facebook.com open for you?
I've already gone into my local store and they've told me my age is already at 18 on the system and that if I have any problems to phone customer care. I was still getting the "Access denied. This content is unsuitable for persons under the age of 15. If you are a Prepay customer and over 15 and under 18 please talk to your parent or guardian about verifying your age. If you are over 18 please bring proof of your age to a Vodafone Agent for Age Verification. Valid proof of age can be one of the following: Passport, Driving Licence or National Age Card. If you are on a Pay Monthly account please contact the person who pays the bill" message so I phoned CC and went though the procedure but I'm still unable to access Facebook, YouTube, Spin SW and so on. Was just wondering can you be able to resolve this issue for me?
@PaulK328 - apologies, your profile is still set at 'universal' which is the under 15s one.
The only place this can be changed is in store - it needs to be on 'restricted over 18' to access other types of content.
