Hi all,

I purchased the B528 4G router (the €45 a month plan) lately, however I am trying to setup the sim card in a Huawei B593 4G router. The APN I am using is hs.vodafone.ie, and the username and password left blank, and the authentication as auto. However every time it does not successfully connect with the error code 8609.

Is there a required username and password? On the B528 router supplied the username is vodafone however the password field is greyed out. Would anyone know what my problem is?
