webtexts

Dear vodafone,
Why does the site repeatedly fail to log on properly to allow webtexts to be sent? I'm asked to log on over and over again withhout getting any further in the process, details are correct as it does occasionally decide to work.
Its not much of a service if I spend approx an hour trying to send a "free text". Suggest sending free text allowance to customers if they are repeatedly failing to get into site. All of my log on details are correct, I have a good connection, all other websites work perfectly and it's a vodafone connection I am using, I have up to date Firefox as I was suggested by your staff when I rang to report this common problem. I am not alone in experiencing this.
Very unreliable and disappointing service considering ny bill totals etc.
Also friends on O2 can send a long webtext whereas ye split them into short ones, why? You could still inform us that we are sending the equivalent of 2/3 texts but send it as one surely?

Have you tried to log in via Internet Explorer?

Do you find the same issue if you try from a different computer?
