Could you please tell what is going on with the network as i have no service since 8am today,I rang customer care twice today and nobody could help me it is totally unsatisfactory to have no phone or help for this length of time if it continues on to tomorrow I will have to change to another network.

Can you get a signal elsewhere in Laois? The cell that services your area could be down and it could be a few days till it's back up and running. The Moderators are offline now till Monday morning.

Is it a complete loss of service and do you know if other Vodafone customers are affected.
I also have no SIM coverage since Friday morning. Support said it was a network issue, supposed to be back Saturday evening, still waiting, no coverage at all.
