Sorry to hear you are having these issues. We have just completed a major redesign on the website; one of the improvements is allowing longer webtexts. The full details can be found here:
To try to resolve your issue ,can you log out of the site by clicking on the "sign out" ; option at the top right(instead of just clicking the X.)Then delete your temporary files and cookies in your browser and then log in to my vodafone again. Then check if your contacts are available in webtext.Let me know.

whoopi got different unique error code today about time this was resolved, what point telling me i have 600 free webtexts if i can`t use them,, plus load cherry points that wud be really handy if i lived in dublin to use on places or owed a Iphone so i cud get covers etc.. really Vodafone you need get this sorted asap, Please

hi kilmolin, tried this numerous times., and no luck. also cant view any of my contacts, going wait till end of month and treat myself to new phone with new provider. pity i been using this number with vodafone since `03 but cant be bothered thanks anyhow..
