I recently ordered a phone from Vodafone shop. After inputting all my details I was told there was a problem on the website and to try again. I entered the details again and received the same message. Today charges for 2 phones were taken out of my bank account. No email verifications/receipts or confirmations were sent to me. I was then told that there was 1 phone waiting for me to pick up at a local store.
Needless to say I am very angry at this. I have been trying unscuccessfully to contact Vodafone today but of course, it's almost impossible to actually get anyone to help. I would appreciate a call back or a response from Vodatone as soon as possible.
