Yesterday I bought a pre-pay Nokia 150 black to replace my old pre-pay phone from a Vodafone shop. The staff kindly swapped my sim over and copied my contacts. Today I am unable to register the phone in My Vodafone account and keep getting the error message "We're sorry, but we're unable to complete your request.
