Hi there, 

I've never been able to access voicemails on my phone but I'd like to finally get this fixed. I think I'm having the same issue that is referenced here:

Essentially, when people call me, they are able to leave a message in my Postfone Mailbox (something that I never set up, and cannot access), but when I dial 171 to access my VM, I'm accessing it through Vodafone. Is this something that can be fixed on your end?
