The recordings function is not working, is not recording items previously selected and I cannot access previous recordings - very annoying and disappointing. This did not happen with Sky!! Can someone respond asap.

I'm really sorry to hear this, if you're still experiencing this issue, we would recommend that you get in touch with our dedicated tech team on 1907 (option 2) where they can troubleshoot with you directly over the phone.
