Hi, I ordered a new phone on the 15th December 2018 order number 2892353. The delivery status says Order Completed - Awaiting Pickup - 2018-12-17T09:28:11.000Z

 

The status hasn't changed in the past week or so. Can anyone tell me when I can expect delivery?
