Hi there,

 

Apologies for the delay in responding, there are two ways to cancel your Secure Net subscription: You can cancel any time by texting REMOVE to 50193 or by accessing the Secure Net portal http://securenet.vodafone.ie.

You can check that Secure Net has been deactivated by texting SECURECHECK to 50193.

 

If you're unable to cancel your Secure Net subscription using the options above, please get in touch with us here.
