Secure Net Subscription

Hi there,

Just received a text regarding a "Secure Net" subscription saying that my subscription is now ative.

I DON'T want Secure Net and tried to close my account via securenet.vodafone.ie but my mobile number is not reconized as a Vodafone number (seems to be a bug).

Any suggestion?

Hi,

 

Back to the same issue, my subscription seems to be active as I've received a text to let met that my Secure Net Subscription is due on 07/03/18

 

How to disbale/remove/delete this subscption? text desactivation doesn't work.

And now just received a new text to let me know that my subscription to "secure net" has been activated....

 

How to remove definitively that subscription?
