Hi Vodafone, as per title. I paid my bill via phone but tried online originally. Both went thourgh despite me not entering the OTP from my bank. I need to get this returned by COB tomorrow.
No, I was trying to pay online but I wasn't getting the One TIme Password from my bank to compelte the transaction so went on 1097 and paid it that way. The bill was overdue in fact. But funds were taking from the online transaction despite my bank not finalising the transaction. There was some fundamental breakdown in the software linking the Vodafone payment service and the 3rd party merchant service.
