I am unable to top up using my Visa Card (French), this is what it says:
"We're sorry, an error has occurred. Please review the error below
There was a problem processing your order, please try again (MA-PT-01)"
I tried different PC's, web browsers, without success.
I was able to top up no problem with the same credit card for the last few years, it's only recently (since september) that this problem occurs.
Please have a look at my problem, as I like Vodafone but not being able to top online is a big drawback.
No I actually haven't been able to top up online at all since September. I was able to top up once trough someone else's card (Irish mastercard), but not with my credit card.
That other customer was me, and it is now working for me.
I think if you tell the Vodafone staff the first 6 digits of your credit card (known as the PAN range of the card), Vodafone can add it to their system and it should then recognise your card.
Don't worry, the first 6 digits of the are the same for everyone with the same type of card from the same bank!
I have exactly the same problem with my two dutch Mastercard creditcards!
Please solve this problem for me?
