The new website seems to have omitted some services that were on the old one. I am on bill bay and used to pay eith a credit card. I seems this is not available anymore. Has anyone else this problem or has anyone a solution?
I find navagation on the new site crazy at the best of times.
Most times i have to force it to a page that is still indexed by the old site and go from there.
So, to pay your bill - when you log in, like me you should see a big "order now" button for the Galaxy S9 - click that.
Now click on "my account" at the top - followed by "pay my bill" under billpay.
You can use debit and credit cards here.
