We recently transfered the ownership of a Vodafone Bill Pay plan from my predecessor to myself.  I received a text message from Vodafone announcing that the transfer has been successfully completed.  However, the My Vodafone app, is still in my predessessor's name, and worse, it no longer shows the detailed usage for this phone.

How do we resolve this problem?
