Incorrect online details + missleading info

I am not using my online account that often. Just noticed that my current device is still not changed after upgrade (4 months ago...)

Also, I am getting remaider about upgrade, and when I follow instructions, system lets me select the new plan with new device. Online chat tells me to ignore all that. So is there any other information to be ignored on my online accout?


Can ignore my bill remaiders...?
