I am over 18 but don’t have access to the Paddy Power app on 4g

I went into a Vodafone store on Friday with a passport to verify that I am 18, they changed some things on my account but I’m still unable to load the page.

You'll have to drop back into a store with photo ID to prove your age and get the block lifted. That's the only way. Dont leave the shop until it's working as it's pretty much instant. You may need to restart your device.

I went back into the store today and they told me it must be a technical issue as they didn't see any problems on their side (Content Classifications on my account are set to "Prepaid Registered / Age Verified Adult")

Mods wont be back until Tuesday to help. You could try live chat. To use live chat click support at the top of this page then choose the service you need support with (bill or pre pay. etc..). Click CHAT icon that pops up in the bottom right hand corner of the next screen.

I went into a live chat and we had concluded that we had to do further to fix it as there was no visible errors, 5 minutes later though and everything seems to be working now. Thank you for the help
