Hi, I purchased a phone through your online store, a s can honestly say it’s been the most stressful purchase I ever made. 

My payment details page never loaded, and I never received a confirmation email either. Payment has gone out of my account  Shop won’t let me collect phone without the email, trying to get it sorted out is an absolute nightmare.

NEVER AGAIN.

I can honestly say this was the WORST experience I've ever had in online shopping! No satisfaction whatsoever in what should have been a simple process. I couldn't get anyone to send what I should have received when I purchased the phone, an email confirming My purchase. No one seemed to capable of getting me the email, my payment has gone out of my account I have a text telling me the phone was dispatched, I have the order no, but no email!. The shop won't hand it over with out that,. I spent an hour talking to someone from customer services who promised she would get it sorted, guess what She hasn't , I haven't heard anything since. Live chat weren't much better, set me a copy of our conversation Said it would do, shop won't accept it. I feel like I'm banging my head of a brick wall, there's nobody who can help. In the end I told then to send it back and refund me my money, I hope that goes smoothly. Absolutely dreadful service, how hard is it to resend an email. Never again, and Vodafone customer care service is dreadful, everyone has a different solution, but no one actually Could do anything.

Still waiting to here about my refund!!
Absolutely ridiculous,
I want refunded immediately,
This mess is not my fault.
Customer care promised to sort it out in 24 hrs,
Well 72 hrs later, in no further forward.
It's not my fault I can't collect the phone, so I want my refund today!!
There must be somebody in Vodafone that can sort this out.

At this stage I just want my money back.
The shop can't do anything or so they have told me, ihas to be the email and apparently Vodafone don't resend emails!!

Hi, could someody please tell me what i have to do to get a refund ?.

its getting beyond a joke now, or at least put me in touch with someone who knows what they are doing.

Last time I called customer services they gave me a tracking no  for the phone, told me to call An Post and 

get them to track the phone, it was the tracking no for the phones delivery to the shop.!!

Still no news on my refund. Shop sent the phone back last Thursday.
Contacted Consumer rights, according to them Vodafone are in breach of CRD as i never received an email confirming my order and I should be refunded immediately,
