Its says there is a problem with my account number, on the phone the automated person said the acc number has changed and should start with 19.. but mine starts with 60 and that is on the latest bill.. i have tryed registering with the CRN SIV000 but there seems to be an error somewhere probably to do with the new account number beginning with 19.. Is there a way I can find my new acc number and try to register with that?
