i lost my sim card so i get a new one and wanted to retain my old number. It says call the customer service and i did but until now my sim has still no service. What should i do? Thanks a lot!

i bought an contract for 24 month from online store  and ai stayed with the old number from the old company  but the SIM card is not activated still .What should I do ?

Mods wont be back until tomorrow to help. You could try live chat. To use live chat click talk to us at the bottom of this page then choose whether you're on bill or pre pay. It should pop up then. If Chrome browser acts up then try a different browser as some versions don't appear to play well with the links.
