My original login details do not seem to work anymore on the Vodafone website. I am not able reset my password and login into my At Home account – the system says that password reset email was sent but I do not receive any in my e-mail.
I Tried to pay the bill by phone, but at the point where I needed to key account number, the system does not seem to register that and keeps asking for a new type of account number that I do not have. As all correspondence is only on my online At Home account that I cannot access, it makes it very difficult to pay the bill.
Why I do not get any bills be e-mail?
I would appreciate any help with this matter as I need to pay my bill that I cannot access.
