I'm extremely frustrated that I still cannot access my Vodafone at home a/c online.
I am tried unsuccessfully on more than 2 occasions via the chat service online to get this sorted out and it's still not working!
When I log into my Vodafone using my mobile and email address I get access only to my mobile account. I am seriously thinking of cancelling my direct debits as not only is the service **bleep** with Vodafone but the wifi speed is also **bleep** with an average speed of 1 or 2 megabits which is not what I was signed up for at the beginning!
I pay over €80 per month to Vodafone currently (€40 Vodafone at home and €40 mobile) and AM CERTAINLY NOT GETTING GOOD VALUE FOR MY HARD EARNED MONEY.
