So I topped up by €40 and my plan only costs €20.
my plan ha seven activated so I should still have €20 in my balance, but that €20 is not there I tried to check my balance through the app and messages but still i have €0 when i should have €20

never mind I got everything sorted but just saying don't top up twice or your offers will activate twice.
