Hi There,

 

I have been on the Vodadfone X plan for some time, when i topped up the last time i noticed i was changed to Smart Extra? I had no intention of changing to Smart Extra. I tried to re register for Vodafone X and could not find this, so I was going to change to Vodafone Red. The website told me I needed to top up to add this on, i topped up by 30 euro...the 30 euro was taken from my account and used towards the smart extra plan! Can someone help with this as it is extremely frustrating to me.
