Hello - I switched over from billowy to Vodafone X two days ago and still don’t have data coming through to my phone. I can text and make calls so it’s not a credit issue. I looked into the APN issue but I can see those settings on my iPhone X. I have also been told by Vodafone multiple times that I can’t view those settings on an IPhone. I have reset my network settings multiple times and have went to a Vodafone store to get a new SIM card today. Nothing seems to work and Vodafone customer care and I store staff can’t tell me what the problem is. Can anyone here help me?
