Topped up my Vodafone X offer and again spotify will not reactivate. While using my own mobile data I followed the link to get spotify premium and like last month it said something about it being €5 a month and could not complete the purchase. How do I fix this and stop from happening again

I also have the same problem. I've topped up by 20 euro more than once and I cannot reactivate premium on my Spotify account, even though it says that the offer is active online and on the MyVodafone app.
