I topped up by 20 euro to renew my offer . The my Vodafone app shows I have 28 days remaining however it says I have 0 calls and 0 data however my class and data are working. My Spotify isn’t working and I have tried renewing it through the Vodafone top up offers on the website but it says I have to pay another 5 euro even thought I’m on Vodafone x music. How do I get this solved
