I topped up by 20€ yesterday and the Vodafone App is telling me now that I have 27 of 28 days left on my subscription, so there, a day lost. I've tried the usual of re-registering on my phone data but this hasn't worked this time. How can I reconnect my Spotify to my Vodafone?

I have checked this and we can see your Spotify account is set up under the username: shade-of-wolf 

 

Can you try accessing the account using the username? Let me know how you get on

Hi Aoife,

I've tried this just now on my mobile data and still the same, brings me the free version. I've tried logging with Facebook too and no luck. Now on 21/28 days remaining.
