Hi I just topped up by €20 to pay for my YouTube subscription but the top up activated my monthly offer. I didn’t realize this would happen.

I got a text after which said “€20 credit from your balance has been used to activate this offer. If you had intended to keep this €20 top up as credit on your account, please freecall 1741”

I tried ringing 1741 but couldn’t find an option to keep this credit.

Could you help please.

I have the same problem I topped up twice in two days - my pay as you go plan is €30.00 month. Both top ups were taken!
