Top up through online banking but didn't register on my phone..help!

I topped up two days ago through my online banking but it didn't register on my phone. I contacted my bank and they said all the right information was entered and the payment left my bank.i contacted Vodafone and they said it Could take 48 hours...it's been 48 hours and it's still not on my phone. I can't through to any customer service agent now, can anyone help me with this?!

Hiya,
If you call 1747, option 1 > 4 > 4, they should be able to assist.

They'll be taking the bank account details, which, for security reasons, we don't process from here.

Still unresolved, I couldn't ring the helpdesk because I have no credit ,which is vodafones fault not mine. I am now changing network. Thanks for nothing

Bcos I had used an iou, I had 15cent credit and so wasnt able to ring as credit went. Hav tried a few times to get the NAC online and cant, all I want is to unlock my phone and change network, its a samsung galaxy s3mini. Please can I just have the code
