Hi,

 

This thread is old so I'm not sure that I should post here.

 

I've recently moved country but I'd like to hold onto my vodafone number.

Is it possible for me to move from billpay to pay as you go so that I can use my number when I return on hols etc?

 

Please let me know what I need to do?

Hello again.
Over month ago I cancel my Red Connect contract with Vodafone and I move to Sim Only €30. This guy from customer service said, that it takes around 24 hours. I'm just received another €80 bill and my internet account still show my my old plan. Is there any problems with changing them? I don't want to pay full amount next month.
