Re: Switch from bill pay to pay as you go

Hi,

I wanted to move my number from bill pay to PAYG. I called 1907 on 23/11/2017 and spoke to assistant. I was told the account will be moved within 10 working days, but now it's almost a month and I am still on bill pay. My monthly bill is from 1st to 1st so I want to make sure that my account will be moved before end of December. Could you please check it for me?

Thanks

Re: Switch from bill pay to pay as you go

Hi @dorotic14,

Are you eligible for upgrade anytime? To check, go here. You will need to have completed 3 months of your contract with three bills fully paid to be eligible for Upgrade Anytime. Re-contracting will be on an equal or higher plan for a further 24 months. There are four price tiers. The price of your upgrade depends on your current tariff and the term remaining on your contract

Send a PM to @Ashling or @Daz with the following so they can look into this further:

Date of birth:

A number you'd regularly call from your mobile:

Re: Switch from bill pay to pay as you go

Hi,

I am not interested in upgrade because I left Ireland, so I wat to move my account to pay as you go. I had already sim only plan for over a year. I was told my account is already closed and I will be moved to PAYG within 10 days.

Thanks for help.

Re: Switch from bill pay to pay as you go

Mods wont be back until tomorrow to help. They can move you. You could also try live chat. To use live chat click talk to us at the bottom of this page then choose whether you're on bill or pre pay. It should pop up then. If Chrome browser acts up then try a different browser as some versions don't appear to play well with the links.

Hi there,
Your number should be switched to PAYG on the 23rd of this month, before the new billing period.

Mods can move you when they are back tomorrow. You usually need to give 8 days notice to move.
