Last friday I purchased credit by visa and got the confirmation message but it didn't apply to my account and still hasn't.

I ałso have this problem. I topped by €20 Friday morning (27th). Within an hour credit was gone. I topped up again on that date but credit gone again today. I have been charged for,the two top ups but my credit should last one Month. Please advise
Go to your phones network settings and see what the APN is set to. Where you tethering?
I really appreciate your help,but feel very ignorant as I don't know what APN is or tethering. I looked up how to find APN but still can't find it. I have iPhone 7
Thank you so much for your help. Ido the use my phone to connect to labtop. I managed to ring vodafone and thankfully not a proble with my settings. The top up did not register correctly although money charged to visa. Vodafone will reimburse- thanks
