Hi

 

I moved from Bill Pay to PAYG last week and am concerned that my credit is disappearing, having made very few calls.  I topped up by €10 first, then 20€ to ensure I got free VDFN to VDFN calls/texts.  I was also supposed to get a €10 registration top-up by got nothing.

 

How can I get access to the charges that have reduced my credit to see what is going on here?
