Online (AIB) topup credit not processed to Vodafone

I added credit to my nephews phone from my online AIB account on Sunday (now Tuesday), money has left my account but credit has not been added to his phone. What needs ro be done to have this credit issued????

Can you confirm it was sent to the correct number with the correct prefix (08x)?

So just to double check before the mods may need to investigate. Sometimes people think they need to top up via the 087 prefix even though the persons number might be 086xxx. In other words the person ported to Vodafone from another network. You wouldnt have made that mistake using the wring prefix?
