Hi, I recently switched to Vodafone and haven't been able to connect to 4G, despite it being enabled on my phone. Can you sort it out please?

Hi Vodafone Support,

I am pay-as-you-go user and recently I can only get H+ but no 4g.

My device is a Moto G5S.

Mods wont be back until Monday to help. You could try live chat. To use live chat click talk to us at the bottom of this page then choose whether you're on bill or pre pay. It should pop up then. If Chrome browser acts up then try a different browser as some versions don't appear to play well with the links.

Hi there,

 

Our tech team has reviewed your account and advised that the reason you're unable to connect to 4G on your handset is due to the SIM card you are currently using. If you drop into your nearest Vodafone store with valid photo ID, my colleague can issue you with a new SIM card free charge (with this SIM change, you should then be able to connect to 4G).

My SIM card has been change 15 min ago and I still can not use 4G

Your colleague in Vodafone Newbridge (White Water Shopping Centre) installed the SIM in my phone and said that I need to restart it after 10 min. I did it and I still only have H +. I left the old SIM in the store.When I put my colleague's SIM card (three), 4G works
