Hi Ashling, I'm still on 3g. Very slow 3g. I don't know what I'm paying for. I've restarted my device many times and still no 4g.

I'm having the same issue. Just got a new PAYG sim to test out the network before a possible switch. Added €5 and bought the 1GB data add on (even though I was told I'd get €10 credit when I registered, which I didn't). I only have H+, no 4G, in Dublin city center! Very disappointed that it doesn't just work. Can you fix this please? Why is this happening to people?

Hi there,

 

Can you restart your phone & try connecting to 4G now please?

 

In relation to the registration credit, you must top up by at least €20 in one go within 30 days of registering your details or handset in order to be eligible to receive the registration credit.

If you could restart your mobile phone, you should now be capable of connecting to 4G.

My 4G access has disappeared again.

 

Is there any way of permanently enabling it on my account or something that can be put in the My Vodafone App?

 

Since joining Vodafone in May, I had to ask to to get 4G re-enabled roughly every month, which I've mainly done via the Chat service in the app. 

 

Other note: Like my previous posts, this forum still has the issue where it loses my post on the first attempt, i.e. it redirects me to My Vodafone when I click 'post message', losing what I wrote.

Thanks for your help, my phone is back on 4G again in Ballybofey at least for another month.

 

I couldn't check yesterday as there's only 3G coverage in the Kilcar area.
