Hi there,

 

I'm expiriencing the same issue I'm Vodafone X prepaid, transferred my number from Meteor yesterday.

 

I'm only getting H+, my phone is a Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 and it has only LTE band 3 enabled to work with Vodafone`s network.

 

It was working fine on Three and Meteor and their 4G.

If Chrome browser acts up then try a different browser as some versions don't appear to play well with the links.

The 4G stopped working for me again, unless the 4G is down today in Ballybofey.

 

It seems to happen a few days after I top up €20 to renew the Data Extra 5GB bundle.  For example, the last time I had to get 4G reactivated was a few days after my previous €20 top-up.

Hi there,

Yes I can confirm that I am getting 4g signal.

Thanks for sorting this out. Just wondering why all of a sudden 4g stops working I am asking this since it happened to me more than one occasion and had to reach out to technical support to resolve the issue.

I can confirm that this particular issue is currently impacting a small minority of our customer base. Our tech team are aware of this and are in the process of finding a permanent fix but unfortunately we do not have an estimated time frame as to when this will be resolved.
