Hi Vodafone Support,

 

I am on pay-as-you-go and recently I can only get H+ but no 4g.

 

Pretty much the same as in this thread:

http://community.vodafone.ie/t5/Pay-As-You-Go-Plans/4g-signal-switched-off-to-Smart-Ultra-6/td-p/203...

 

My device is a One Plus Three and like the other customer, I have the data extra top up offer enabled.

 

Please reactivate 4g for me as well. Thanks a lot.

It happened yet again... no more 4g signal.

And it happened again.... Smiley Mad

 

How is it possible that it resets every month? That is super annoying - please fix it for good and don't make me come back to this thread every 4 weeks.

That should be up and running for you now, can you please restart your handset?

 

It appears our system is removing your 4G capabilities when you are coming to the end of your Pay as You Go offer, I have passed this on to the relevant team to be reviewed.

I'm having the exact same problemand just topped up this morning. My 4g isnt working, I'm only getting h+. Can you fix it?

Hi, 

This happens me regularly too ie 3g only , no 4g. I get onto the chatline on Vodafone  app and it gets sorted fairly promptly. 

 

However it is a bit annoying having to do this. Is it not possible to rectify this permanently?

I've spent most of the day (Wed) with no 4G also.
I've restarted the phone several times and in different locations.

Still only getting 3.5G HSPA

Can you check for me please.
